Security Manager
We have a great opportunity for a Security Manager. You will have previous Hotel experience in this or a similar role and hold an SIA Licence. This role will have responsibility for managing the Hotel's security and safety on a day-to-day basis including events.
As Security Manager you will also need excellent people skills as this is a customer-facing role working with our customers and team members.

Security Porter
We are looking for someone who already has worked as a Day Hotel Porter in a Luxury hotel, and have the knowledge to carry out a range of duties assisting guests with their luggage and rooming, assisting guests with local knowledge as well as carrying out regular security checks of the hotel.

A Food and Beverage Cost Controller is responsible for supporting our Heads of Department with administrative duties relating to stock and data input.
You will work alongside our Head of F&B, Bar Manager, Restaurant Manager, and Executive Chef to ensure that all admin invoicing and stock management is completed in an efficient and timely order.

Maintenance Technician
As a Maintenance Technician, you are critical to the smooth running of The Mandrake
Working a 4-day shift rota followed by 4 days off the role requires a multi-skilled person with knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, and equipment installation, someone who loves rolling up their sleeves and turning their hand to any challenge.
The Role will be responsible for preventing problems from occurring and working within our preventative maintenance program carrying out repair works as required.
Whilst, not a customer-facing role, you will be working in public areas around our guests so a keenness to minimize disruption to their experience is key.
Hours: 08:00 am to 20:00 pm, 4 days on 4 days off.
