The Mandrake welcomes Central Saint Martins tutor Louis Loizou to give a 1.5h workshop on 2D into 3D Pattern Making. 'How Can A Box Become A Garment? This is a fun approach to creative pattern making; a 2D into 3D workshop for learners with no experience of pattern making. Using boxes and working in pairs, students will learn that there is no right or wrong outcomes and to focus on creating 3D shape and form - a technique that many of the great designers have used.'
