Following on from his journey through Argentina, Chile and Peru, Chef George Scott-Toft has created menus at YOPO inspired by South American cuisine. From indigenous Amazonian ingredients, to low-intervention Argentinian wines and traditional dishes perfected over generations, it was an educational feast of food and culture which we are proud to share with you from our London restaurant.
Exporting the bold flavours of Buenos Aires, Santiago and Lima and bringing them to London, we are delighted to showcase these alongside the very finest seasonal and regional produce available.
Much of South American culture is about gathering together and we encourage guests to start their experience at YOPO with a selection of sharing plates. These include tasting dishes such as empanadas with octopus, artichoke and olives and crudo of seabass with blood orange and mango.
YOPO is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner and the lounge, with its own entrance on Newman Street, is open all day with a light snack menu and coffees.

Jurema Sunday Brunch
Complete with South American feasting dishes, unlimited sides and show stopping cocktails
Jurema is open for Sunday brunches from 12pm - 4pm. The sharing course brunch menu will offer feasting dishes inspired by Executive Chef George Scott-Toft’s travels through South America, alongside tempting cocktails to re-energise, refresh and kickstart the day.
The menu, devised with classical cooking techniques, uses only the finest produce, chosen at their prime. To start, guests can indulge on a selection of small plates, designed for the table, including Octopus, artichoke & olive empanada, Crab & corn tostada, sea herbs & lime and Burrata, grilled purple broccoli, ancho, onion & Mexican tarragon. For mains, dishes will include (but not limited to) Skirt Steak Tacos, Grilled Spring Onion, White Beans & Sweet Peppers, Lobster Benedict and Aubergine, Chickpea miso, Artichoke & Salad of Herbs.
The talented team at The Mandrake’s Waeska bar have created a collection of three cocktails, perfectly paired to the brunch menu, and theatrically made to order at the table from a cocktail trolley. The cocktails include the YOPO Loco, a blend of Casamigo mezcal, chipotle & lemon, the Naughty Margarita, a mix of Casamigos tequila blanco, agave & black salt and the Tipsy Lady, a blend of vodka, maraschino, rhubarb, vanilla cordial and grapefruit.
For those who wish to dine more intimately with their households, a private dining room is tucked behind the main restaurant while The Mandrake Cabanas offer exclusive and unique private drinking and dining spaces that open onto the Jurema’s oasis terrace.
